Yet Pascal remains above all a chef, a lover of heathy and tasty produce. His expertise in this matter plays a part in offering WOLF the best from each cuisine.

He was the creator and developer behind Wolf.
He brought various partners together around a table, which is above all a great human adventure.

appetite for business

Paul and Michel head up one of the largest drinks distribution companies in Belgium. They also provide assistance to Horeca establishments in setting up and arranging a host of services and suggestions. Furthermore, they have developed natural drinks on a “fair trade” basis, such as Másalto coffee or the Tao tea range.
It is therefore entirely natural that they would back WOLF, sharing the same values of innovation and human adventure.

Sebastiaan is a juggler, a juggler of numbers. He excels at Excel. And new beverages.
He has criss-crossed Europe in order to understand, analyse and test different food markets: it is along with Thierry that he laid the foundations for and established WOLF.


Alexis is everywhere at once. He oversees operations and manages the bars, while staying on top of budgets, purchases and the proper running of Wolf.
