Vincent Denis boasts a prestigious career, starting at a Michelin star restaurant in Lives-sur-Meuse followed by a stint as pastry chef at the star-studded The awakening of the Senses in Montigny-le-Tilleul. He later headed to Australia, and worked at Ben Shewry’s Attica, one of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Denis has also won several major competitions, including a top chef title in 2014. Moreover he took part in Australia’s pastry chef of the year contest, claiming the pie category prize, awarded by a jury of some of the world’s biggest names.
