Georges is an exceptional character, a Syrian who learned his craft at Bouchery and Comme chez soi. Backed by his team, he offers traditional breads cooked on a wood fire, plus a garnish, meat such as beef, chicken or falafel, and small sausages known as sodjoks, cooked at a low temperature and accompanied by vegetables and fresh homemade sauces.
